TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of joinfunn.org and your relationship with the Federation of United Naturists & Nudists (FUNN) as a visitor, member, or donor. By using this site or joining FUNN, you agree to these terms.
Who we are. FUNN is a Nevada nonprofit corporation and the officially recognized U.S. representative to the International Naturist Federation (INF-FNI).
Membership. Membership terms, dues, eligibility, and conduct standards are set out in FUNN's Membership Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Third-party clubs and events. FUNN facilitates access and reciprocity for its members at naturist clubs, resorts, and events operated by third parties, including those approved by INF-FNI. FUNN does not own, operate, or control these third-party locations or events. FUNN is not responsible for the conditions, safety, policies, or conduct of any third party, and members visit or attend at their own risk. Members are responsible for confirming any requirements, rules, or restrictions directly with the third party before attending.
Conduct. Naturism through FUNN and INF-FNI is explicitly non-sexual. FUNN may suspend or terminate membership, or restrict site access, for conduct that violates FUNN's code of conduct or these Terms.
Intellectual property. The FUNN name, logo, "Many Bodies, One Voice," and site content are the property of FUNN and may not be reproduced without permission, except as needed to share or reference FUNN in the ordinary course (linking to the site, quoting for news coverage, and similar).
No warranty. This site and FUNN's services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUNN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, your membership, or your participation in any third-party club, resort, or event.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
